I really wanted to like these, but they just feel too tight after wearing them for a while. At first I thought they might loosen up, but they never really got comfortable. It kind of makes me hesitant to buy this style again because I expected them to be better for all-day use

I might have missed something, but the donation details didn’t feel very clear to me. I was kind of left wondering where the money goes or how it’s handled, and… yeah, I just wish there had been a little more info upfront.

I don’t know, maybe I just ordered at a bad time or had unrealistic expectations, but my Lokai order took a lot longer to arrive than I thought it would.

I kept checking the tracking, and it barely seemed to update for days, which made the whole thing frustrating. I started wondering if there was an issue with my order.
The bracelet itself might be totally fine, but the shipping experience really put me off. I feel kind of bad giving 1 star over delivery, but it was slow enough that it made the order a bad experience for me...

I regret buying this. It just feels way too expensive for what you actually get, and I expected a lot more for the price...

My order from lokai.com showed up in clean, neat packaging, and everything inside was in good shape. The bracelet itself was presented nicely — nothing too fancy, but it did feel like they put some thought into making it look gift-ready.
I’m giving it 4 stars because, for the price, I expected the box to feel a little more special. It was still simple, cute, and easy to gift, but if you’re watching your budget, the packaging might feel a bit basic for what you’re paying

I tried ordering from lokai.com the whole checkout process was on them. The pages were loading super slow, my cart kept glitching, and for a minute I couldn’t even tell if my order actually went through. It just felt way more annoying than it needed to be. Not exactly making me want to shop there again...

I emailed them twice about my order and never heard back. After waiting over a week, I’m kind of assuming this must be a regular thing with their customer service. It feels like nobody is checking the messages, which is really frustrating when you just need a simple update...

The bracelet broke fast, which was already annoying, and then trying to use the warranty was just a whole mess. Just not really worth the hassle, to be honest.

Shipping also took a little longer than I expected. It was not a terrible experience. I just wish the updates were clearer so I did not have to keep checking.

I tried using one of their promo codes at checkout, but it kept saying it wasn’t valid even though it was clearly advertised. I reached out to customer service and just got a basic reply with no real help. It’s really annoying when discounts are shown but then don’t actually work.
